FBI says Russia is behind bomb threats to polling locations

Multiple polling locations have received bomb threats originating from Russia, according to an FBI press release.

The FBI said many of the threats originated from Russian email domains and that "none of the threats have been determined to be credible thus far." The agency assured the public that it is working with law enforcement partners to respond to threats to the election.

Brad Raffensperger, Georgia's secretary of state, said "They're up to mischief, it seems. They don't want us to have a smooth, fair, and accurate election, and if they can get us to fight among ourselves, they can count that as a victory."

The FBI said Georgia has received more than a dozen bomb threats, according to Reuters.

Bomb threats have also been reported in Wisconsin and Michigan
